What league will our players participate in? Southern Shore Basketball is a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association of Sport NL.

Can my athlete play on multiple club teams? No, players can’t participate in Southern Shore games and play on another NLBA club team.

Can my athlete join or switch to another club team after joining Fusion? Per league/ NLBA rules - players cannot switch clubs/ teams after October 9th. There are no exceptions to this rule. Southern Shore Youth Basketball is not responsible to ‘release’ a player to another team or club. Once a player is registered with a club, they cannot switch clubs after October 9th until the following season.
